Using the LES online payment portal

Better bill pay with Lincoln Electric System has arrived. We’ve streamlined the process of paying your bill with our new payment portal, which delivers notifications in real time, easier navigation and recurring payment options, plus much, much more. It keeps your information safe secure and organized. So let’s check it out. Head to and click the “Pay my bill” button followed by the “Pay online” button. First thing’s first: Sign up to create your profile. If you haven’t signed up already, click the sign up pane at the bottom of the page. Start by plugging in the username you want, a strong password, the account number printed in the top right corner of your bill and the zip code from your mailing address with LES. The payment portal requires that your password has At least one lowercase letter, at least one uppercase letter, at least one number and at least one of these unique symbols: the at (@) sign, pound (#) sign, percent (%) sign caret (^), underscore (_), plus (+) sign or equal (=) sign. Parentheses (“(” or ” )”) and exclamation points (!) are not valid unique symbols. A helpful tip for that password: Save it in a safe place. Our strict password requirements are by design, making sure that your account will stay safe, keep your information protected and, best of all, the bad guys out. You’ll be prompted to select security questions which are an added level of security to keep your info protected. Click the dropdown menu and select the questions that fit you best. If at any time you can’t remember your username or password, do not worry. Click the links underneath the orange button on the sign-in page, fill out the fields and your information will be sent straight to the email address associated with the account. If you’re resetting a password, your temporary password and password reset are only good for 24 hours, so make sure to take care of it quickly. You can also click the “Remember Me” button to allow the username and password fields to auto-populate with your login info, but we only encourage you to use this feature if you’re using a private computer that wouldn’t put any of your personal information at risk. Once you make it through the sign-in process, you’ll have access to everything you need to pay your LES bill. It all starts with your dashboard, a summary of your account with your most recent bills and transactions, plus quick access to enroll in paperless billing, auto pay and notifications via email or text. Click the menu button in the upper left corner to customize your settings. “My Profile” will help you keep track of your account activity, change your password or security questions, edit your personal info, sign up for notifications and view any other accounts you may have linked to your profile. Store payment account information your protected digital wallet to make paying your bill quick and easy. In our “Message Center,” you’ll see any pending or urgent messages from LES. You can make paying your bill even easier by signing up to have “AutoPay” process and pay your balance each month. In “Bill History,” you can see an archive of your past bills, summarizing your charges energy usage, public notices and energy-saving tips. “Payment History” shows you when and from what account you paid your bills.
