After you’ve clicked the‘Submit’ button, you will be taken to our secure payment page. You are advised not to do anything like refreshing the page or clicking the back button of your internet browser.
On the payment page, fill in your card details, the 16 digit card number and the expiry date. In the card security code box, fill in the last three numbers on the back of your card. For Visa cards, leave the Start Date blank! If you’ve signed up to the MasterCard Secure Code and Visa Verification Card Online Security Scheme, you will be presented with another layer of security. Enter the password you created for your MasterCard or Visa card. Our secure payment system will now complete the processing of your payment. The ‘Order Summary’ page will then display your order number, inform you of how your tickets will be delivered and then confirm all in an email that will be sent to you. If you have chosen to collect your tickets from the Box Office, we will indicate this in your ‘Order Summary’. The same applies when you have chosen to have the tickets posted to you. The ‘Order Summary’ will also tell you if you have chosen the ‘Print At Home’ option. Usually less than five minutes after successfully completing your booking, a confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. The email will confirm details of your order, the event and the seats booked as well as commission charged if any. If you have chosen the ‘Print AT Home’ option, then the eTicket will be attached to the email. Save this attachment to your desktop and print it later. Or alternatively, you can open the attachment from the email and print it. The eTicket will contain details of the event you’ve booked, the time and date of the event as well as the event’s barcode.
